cant tell any of them apart. I'll take the uhh blonde one.

I'm getting a sudden urge to return to education.

Put me up to 165kg. Squatting frequently (~5 times a week) in pyramids, never to failure is working for me.

My squats a bit low atm (only 285 for a 1RM) but sign me up and we'll see how this goes

I'm a lurker but will jump in as well.
I'm an oldie at 50. Realized I was going to hell so started lifting a bit over a year ago.
Took two months to get to be able to do 185 to depth.
Haven't tried to find my 1RM but finished my work sets at 245-2x6, and 255-1x6.
Been following Jonnie Candito;s linear program.

Good job, man. You might not be a spring chicken, but you are not old. You may be well served watching your recovery though. Keep at it!

Put me down for 325. I likely will not hit 405 this year, but I'll sure as hell try. I'd also rather only squat 205 than not hit proper depth.

I'm at 335.

Although my depth gets worse the closer I get to max sets.

i'll jump on board...

PR at the end of 2014 was 170kg (with budget wraps and only just hitting depth).

making slow, steady progress. will probably aim for 175kg by the middle of the year.

have other goals so will start another thread.

Can you put me down for 310 please. Aiming for 405 in 2 months. Might be unrealistic but im really enjoying lifting at the moment. We'll see.

Started the year at 350. I hit 402lbs. yesterday. Should officially hit 405 on my next cycle.

^Congrats

Smolov Jr's just given me another 10kg, so up to 175kg/385lbs.

Got 365 with the safety bar, well I know the bar weighs more than 45 but nobody agrees on how much so I'm just counting it as 45, beltless rather easily for a double.

I'm up to 165kg.

I got horribly out of position and I think the bar stopped moving at one point but I refused to be pinned. Good example of what a squat should not look like but a PR. Only 20kg to go...
