Dude, take it easy with the supplements.
Lol
Dude, take it easy with the supplements.
I just added box squats from a 12 inch box to my regimen
I fucking suck at it so I'm clearly weak there, though to be fair I have a slight sprain from going for a big pr on sumo pulls (515). Still just 135 for reps is tough for me.
Between this and one leg deadlifts I'm hoping to hit the little muscles I've been neglecting and make hitting the hole easier without leaning forward so much
^You've taken a real liking to Cincy, eh? Every post he makes you're sniffing his ass.

Also, the kid can't take advice.
I said it about his deadlifts and I'll say it again about his squats... cincy over-complicates things when he should just put in the work on the basic lifts for a few months and he'd hit the #s he's looking for.
Lol fuck that. Going for PRs every session is the way to get stronger. It's way better to get hurt going for PRs and having to drop down to 135 than it is to actually train and progress.

Congratulations.
Is this 4 plates aside for one rep, or do I have do the math and figure out how many kilos 405 lbs is? 4 45lbs is heavier than 4 20 kilo plates.
The most I did in the gym today was 125X3 kilos, I'm recovering from a cold, old, yadda, yadda, yadda,

Since i'm a half pint who will likely never squat 405, (i weight 140-145) any way i can get in on this in a comparable scale?
