SCM -- 1800m
4x200p (good rhythm)
8x75 p/p (felt great stretch, particularly the final few)
8x25 k (not too shabby!)
8x25 sprint w/ turn (could feel the airplane stiffness with every stroke!)
(have been doing treadmill hills and other organized dryland, including some doubles; less pool time has been a function of work schedule, travel, etc)
This weekend is Illinois State Championships / Masters. Just doing a couple of sprint events to keep mentally in the game and to have some fun. Psyched to cheer on the team and other friends as they use this to jump off to nationals!
