BLUF: he murdered 3 people and raped 1. Sentenced to death. Death sentence outlawed and his sentence was changed to LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE. Magically he was paroled. He was one of 20 prisoners on death row that were released. Raped and murdered a bunch more girls. Caught and sentenced to death.

Executed in 1998.

Strangely enough his recidivism was cured.
