Been doing some levering as of late which has helped my wrists. I did my squats today with regular grip vs my usual thumbless grip and it felt good.

My cell fucked up with my last post so here's the summary:

Ascendant and SDMF and possibly a couple others got into an argument over.....BELTS...that's right. Ascendant quoted another user who used the word ***got in reference to SDMF in agreement with that sentiment as well adding a couple other non swear words. I wasn't there at the time but apparently ascendant then got dubbed and still quoted his prior statement and called out a mod..In the end Ascendant got banned for flaming. It was a bunch of nonesense where much of the time noone even gets dubz on this forum but Ascendant has pissed off a couple mods so it was coming if he slipped up, esp if he outright called out a specific mod..

WC has been back for a while with a bit more low key approach. She posted a 205 1rm DL video in her log not too long ago.
