bw=201-202.....cheated yesterday with a bowl of large grapes...

my body is pretty fucked up....i feel the CNS fatigue...about 7-8/10 in terms of the worst CNS fatigue i have experienced.

My hands were far from fresh...I think I may need couple weeks completely off from grip training or more...to fully recover...I want to go for BBE all out before years end and #3 left hand...I took a vid of left hand #3 attempt but it was so pathetic...prolly 1/4" off that i didnt even bother uploading it....was a bit disappointed u cant see #3 on the handles...I dusted off some chalk on the bottoms off the handles but i guess it didnt help...
 
I am actually thinking of getting a Trainer or lighter for pinching....I have HG150 but it's too tough for pinch closing ...
 
if you can pinch close a trainer. i will devote a lot of time to grip training. promise.
 
I just cant justify right now getting Guide or trainer with 10+ grippers already....I am also trying to get a lighter blob(35-45)...I should have jumped on the blobs Sean was selling a while back on gripboard...eh...that blob50 is bitch....after every 'workout' on it I lay in the corner curled up sucking on my thumb....my pinch blows...
 
I dont have any plans to certify...I am now trying to close BBE..then possibly go after 3.5....I still have a sealed brand new #3 laying around...I will give it a go perhaps after BBE....
 
No worries Zero, my grip sucks too. I actually need to start grip training and levering again.

well not caring is only half a problem...the other issue is that to certify you need to be much stronger...with their new rules...it's night and day

old rules:
#1 u can use your own gripper you practiced with
#2 parallel set

new rules:
#1 unseasoned/out of the package gripper
#2 Credit card set

this makes certifying MUCH harder.

went to the park for 3 hours to do some bw conditioning/strength training

Push ups supersetted with 1 arm push ups

-got motivated by a guy in the park doing awesome pistols, pull ups, push ups...

20,30,20,20.....the 30 and last 20 were rest pause for the remaining 5-10 reps...

couple sets of leg raises

2 mini band pull ups: middle 2/3 of the ROM

pull ups: bw-3x5 explosively..



Crunches with knees elevated:
1 mini around legs stretched from a pole: 20
2 minis:
3x20

-practiced kicking a small treet....my impression of MT side kicks...then practiced front kicks....in sets of 10...my balance has improved quite a bit...

-bit of stretching...

-bit of decompression hangs...

3x10 of bw horizontal rows...legs on one bar...arms holding on to another bar...

BW=200 after the workout...

i am getting 3 super burrittos tomorrow after the testing tomorrow...been up since 6am and all i had was 3 servings of oatmeal, 3 cherry tomatos, and 2 cups of tea...fucking getting dizzy...gonna go steam some vegetables...didnt think there would be a day where i'd be looking forward to eating broccoli...
 
bw as of 6am: 197-198 lb

feels pretty good...esp since I broke down and had a bowl of veggies and 2 large sole fish yesterday...

got bunch of grippers from Kurt on gripboard...T, 1,2,2.5,3,3.5,4 for 120 shipped...apparently brand new....good deal....will be interesting to see how my 3 compares
 
If you fail the BS height/weight test, you should rip off your shirt, scream, "I AM NOT FAT!" and then deadlift the entire building.
