No kidding. When i went to do the physical...I was by far the biggest guy there...with a bunch of chubby and/or skinny people there...

whatever....i am pretty close...i go by the saying....if u want to live with wolves then learn to howl...

then again i can alway get bf done....i am not really sweating it...
 
nah....broke down and had my creatine with some apple juice and then down bit of pickle juice afterwards. However I am eating less. Will see.
 
unfortunately no...i may end up taking a steam shower....tho hot water in our building is very subjective...esp from occassion to occassion..
 
steam shower is hard to do. to drop 4lbs may take 2+ hours.

try soaking yourself in a hot hot bath to get your body temp up and then start the shower to get the rest of the bathroom steamed.

or see if you can get 10 bucks and find a gym that has a sauna.
 
that's true...the only thing is that the appt is at 8 am...so i am going to leave house at around 6:45-7....so if i do go to sauna it would have to be a day before. Eh. there's a YMCA near my house. I am thinking of joining it if the costs are the same. It's a piece of crap gym but they do have a squat rack and bench...It's a very cramped little weight room 15x15 or something...and last time i checked it was 35-40 a month with no joining fees. I pay essentially the same thing to go to my uni gym per pass....

dont go longer than 24 hours without fluid but try and plan for around that, no fluids during that span. you can eat until later in the day if you want. then go to sauna for an hour or whenever you reach a lb past your goal. you should take a break from the sauna every 5 mins or 10 mins or whatever you can stand. its a very mental thing imo. go home and take a hot shower. and if you want sleep with a lot of clothes on to keep your body warm overnight. when you wake up, go to the appt. try and get fluids and food asap after your apt.
 
i think that''s a good plan. I will try to sleep with clothes on then wake up take a shower go to appt with a gallon jug of water which I intend to drink right after....

I am thinking of doing 225 bench today along with deadlifts....

-this bar is good on one hand because it's only bar not bent...I suspect it's between 1 and 2" in diameter...close to 2"...bit harder to grip...

635-1+0 rep...my right knee popped loudly at the start of the set but it didnt hurt and I locked out the weight. I'd say I had another 10-25 lb in me. My form was ways off but no hitch or ramp. Didnt use a belt.

Bench:
bar(45)-20 reps
135-10 reps
225-5 paused reps...2 sec per
315-1 paused rep...
225-25+0...last 5 were with sec pauses at the top...was as much my shitty cardio as muscular fatigue....no spotter....my friend showed up later and with no1 decent in sight i decided to just unrack it myself.
275-15+0 reps...last few were with couple sec pauses at the top and deep breaths. My friend got to the gym and helped unrack the bar.
275-12+0 reps...last 2 were with sec pause at the top and deep breaths..

135-5x3....ballistic bench...felt like i could throw it a foot in the air...

-did these throughout the workout...last set was ugly...after last set's rep I did 10 press outs over the bar

grippers:
HG200-10 each hand click warm up
BBE-got right hand to within 1/4", and parallel left hand...still not recovered fully.
#3-2+1 right hand(almsot had 3rd), left hand was 1/4" maybe. Took a vid and will post it a bit later.

oops...that should be 2:45pm...2.5 hours...i was talking with my buddy between sets...I usually take a lot of time between sets...

today was far from my best grippering...deadlifts even with straps also didnt help the cause...I should be very close to BBE right hand when my hands fully recover..

lol...that's my bench shirt...it's a large/small x-large...I have had it for years...shows off my GUNZ :]~
