Neural fatigue is a physical phenomena it has nothing to do with sports being mental. It has to do with a lift being fatiguing either neurally or physically. How I felt didn’t make a difference I simply walked up to the bar a pulled the weight.

You need to go back to the main forum if you have something to prove to somebody. If you want to prove that your imagination is greater than action then please make a post or design some type of study about it. Im not going to take the tame to argue with you about this.

Tournament is over didnt go to well for the home team. Brand new squad. Pitched a little bit felt fantastic. had a few hits stole a couple of bases and made a ton of plays in the field. Ive got 3 games left plus playoffs on my regular team. Next week im going to start Olympic lifting for the next 12 weeks and the plan Is to take a max week on new years day week and post it in here. I'll do that for 12 weeks then move onto more a super total template for a few months then I'll go back to cruising with general s and c style stuff. I want to be at my age group strength levels on the power lifts and match the masters 40-44 olympic lift average totals for CrossFit games competitors is my longish term goal. After that I dont see much reason to push strength so much anymore.

I threw my name in the hat for Combat Tae Kwon do and have been in contact with toughman organizations. id really like to get one AMMY fight under my belt within the next two years.

Baseball is hard as it is and I hope to be able to travel to a couple of tournaments next year.
 
This was the 2nd game of the the tourney I came in to pitch the 9th inning and got two looking strikeouts and a groundball out to the shortstop. Ive pretty much got my breaking pitches down I much prefer to play middle infield and hit though. Went 5-9 for the tournament got a hit off an ex double a player and a lefty that pitched for SEL down in Louisiana.

Planning to do another tournament in either South Carolina or Denver this time in February.

Played a league game in Houston after flying back so no training yesterday and today.

Double header today and I am completely spent. Smashed the crap out of a ball for a ground rule double. had a hit left handed and 3 more hits. Played shortstop all day got to turn an unassisted double play felt good. Playoffs start next and then I get a 4 month break thank the lord.

I can tell this SuperTotal style of training is way too much combined with baseball but im ok with it for now.

Looks like program is working for upper body even missing a week......im still at the same bodyweight....will train the next 3 days and test squats tommorow...the squat tends to regress the quickest for me with a week off
