haven't been logging it but I do COC grippers twice week for a few sets and also a few minutes of handstand pushup work and L sits. Last time I tested muscle ups was actually at a tournament during batting practice I think I got like 3-4 im sure I can do more than that now.

sprint 100 meters x 10 a little lactic work

mobility routine and a a few rotator cuff exercises with bands

I have one more week of this 10 week program than I am debating on just repeating the second block for a few weeks or just starting all over at square 1 with block 1. I personally think this is the perfect program for me and just enough lifting volume to allow progress while also doing all of the other stuff. I am going to add a couple of more slots for olympic lifts because I enjoy them so much. For a lifting competition I could just run a short peaking block before the competition if I wanted to maximize that specialization for a short while. Olympic lifts make lifting way less mundane IMO. long term goals for olympic lifts I want to snatch 2 plates and clean at least 295.

Once i'm closer to October ill run an in season 2 days a week program like this and up the pitching specific volume.

I have a a few goals written down for the next two years and I definitely want to compete in at least one sanctioned amateur fight sometime next year and a powerlifting meet likely right after my tournament. I would likely be competing at 185 or 170 and my cousins have been pushing me to do one for a very long time now. I have been in contact with some MMA people I know about getting one and having black belt certifications helps. I want to get my mile time down to below 6 at least even though it's not that useful for baseball. I have had other independent league teams contact me to play for them but that is not an easy decision to give up a government job I could probably make it work if I relocated cities which is an option though but I am happy to be playing in the MSLB and NABA right now it is good competition and good people.

Basically I want to do everything I can in the short term and more near future. Once I age myself out of everything I will probably up the lifting volume but as best I can tell that is quite a ways away.

I am up to about 195 pounds wake up weight right now I do not want to go over 205. My goal is to eventually hit that weight then settle on around 190 as my walk around weight. I would easily make 185 division or 170 after a water cut plus I would be more ripped being a little bit lighter and a better gas tank. That is Healthy weight for me for lifting purposes i'm best around 200 pounds.

Back to general s and c block 1 week 1

I will continue through the fall season and the tourney in October.....I may run a short peaking cycle at the end of the year just to officially see where I am at and I hear there is a garage gym competitions for prizes possibly in December so that would line up perfectly

was debating running a super total program but I think I am better off sticking to what im doing since I was asked to play again in the fall season

going to do a 4 day split for now end of October I will probably switch to a twice per week set up because I will be honed in on performing well off the mound at the tournament

anyways week 1 day 1 block 1

my schedule is going to be wake up early and get some type of throwing and hitting and my plyos in after a morning mobility routine to get skill work in before work then lift after work at night. The Texas weather is suffocatingly hot and its tough to find time to get sprints in. I am considering taking a new job or changing routes.

baseball game took care of my conditioning yesterday.

got off track and was slightly aggravated we lost the championship game I got invited to go to Colorado in November and im going to Arizona at the end of October to pitch at least that is the plan. I have been in contact with several guys to line up an amateur fight I even went as far as joining street beefs because I really want a no time limits no rules 1 on 1 fight to get it out of my system. I went ahead and bought a heavy bag and been doing a few combos in the morning just to make sure the muscle memory is still there from the time I was involved with it.

Anyways

missed 2 workouts last week as workload is overloading me

Strength gains are slowing as best I can tell on the program but I'll keep chugging along. I thought about switching to power building style of training but I think with the sprints and more olympic lifting plus baseball that isn't the right move for now. I have lost a few pounds in the last two weeks.

did a short dynamic stretching mobility routine

will likely work out 3 days in a rows for a little catch up

probably going to look to switch to an upper lower but I really only have time for 3 days full body right now with all of the other training im not logging

late December I will do a 3 week peak routine to see what im working with hopefully 500 squat on new years day and then set some other goals. I really want to snatch 225 and clean 315 at some point. I enjoy this style of programming it isn't exactly conjugate but it is closely related
