Something that needs to be understood by all mma fans...

Try to work for Pepsi and go into break room and have coke..... .... co promoting specially to diff sports or rival companys is dumb if Frances was so good at boxing when he went France he wouldnt had go to mma
It wasn't that simple.

There’s only two stances you can have on inequality and inequity: you either enable it or disrupt it. You are an enabler!

Especially odd considering you are Canadian.
It's crazy you actually think you're disrupting something by being a dick to people on Sherdog

I just want to point out that while TS seems absolutely enthralled by the fighter pay issue and these injustices being done to professional mixed martial artists, he's also the same guy who was joking about the Bare Knuckle Fighter who passed months ago. There's a real disconnect.

Sadly this topic brings out the most immature trolls.

You share similar behaviors to those who blindly back the government tyrannical policy regarding the pandemic. It seems people truly are getting shittier and shittier these days, less empathic and more evil...and it's the mass conditioning that has you behaving that way, that and the jabs most likely.

Again, YOU come out labeling people as good or evil without caring about the dialogue. If someone doesn’t parrot exactly YOUR truth then they are evil. You are totally black or white, good or bad.

Hey mod abuse, don't got anything better to do than trash post in my threads? Wow time and time again you expose your ego, not befitting of someone with mod status. Its almost like you have a vendetta against me. I prefer you guys remain quiet and post in your own little section please if you will not contribute anything useful to the topic at hand ;)

It's no different than WWE fans hating Vince McMahon 20 years ago, they just enjoy hating the boss, or the big corporation. It's a part of the entertainment for them.
It's a weird obsession at this point, IMO. It's good to care but lately certain posters are obsessed with fighter pay so much that I think it's not even do with fighter pay, it's more of Dana White hate like you just mentioned.

It's the same people where if a fighter gets released from the UFC they bitch about it, but they are the same folks who claims other orgs pay much better, whilst still wanting said fighter to be in the UFC. Instead of being okay with it now that the fighter released can go make better money.

Fighters should get paid more that we can all agree on, what most of us don't agree on is which of them should get paid more.

At least you didn't deny it. No need to get in your feelings. Carry on.

Boo hoo some other dude that I'll never know or even knows that I exist is being underpaid by my standards. I have no idea what the final numbers look like but I need to take action now to justify my otherwise irrelevant existence!

I'd also like to point out that fighter pay is very much a real issue for fighters, but real wages have been down for decades across the United States while many labor unions have been fighting a losing battle for decades getting the pensions and wage raises they fought for whittled away while profits are soaring.

If you're marching for fighter pay in the heavies and then showing up in the war room shitting on every union except police unions and screaming that raising minimum wage would destroy the economy, you need to take a step back and look at the big picture on worker's rights.

If you're decrying Dana's greed and underpaying of fighters while simping for Elon and Bezos in mayberry, you're either the grifter or the mark. And statistically, you're more likely to be the mark in this grand scam against workers.

Where does fighter pay rank in Sherdogs hot button issues?
Height
Hairline
Fighter pay

A lot of the fighter pay justice warriors also call them bums, scrubs, soccer moms, and want half of them cut from the roster.

Lol I really don't know why this stuff is so personal to so many of you guys. Almost everyone responding to the thread more or less agrees fighters aren't treated fairly and need a union, most of us have discussed it at length before. Some of us just don't want to discuss it nonstop and see 100 threads regurgitating the same shit every day.

That's not "normalizing injustices" I just don't get on Sherdog to be whine about fighter pay in an echo chamber every day like many seem to. When the Francis interview with Ariel came out, I was discussing it all day because it was relevant, and new information was presented. Almost a week later all the points have been made, we all get it, it gets old. And it's frankly negative, and not fun to talk about.
The thing is, my job is underpaid. Many jobs are underpaid. Taking the opinion that you shouldn't care about others should mean that they don't care about mine, and nothing goes anywhere. I'm not under any impression that posting about it on a forum will change things, but it does certainly reveal the people who don't give a shit if it doesn't.

Look, all problems are relative. The biggest problem in your life being smaller than the biggest problem in someone else's doesn't make it less of a problem for you. Having someone tell you that, trivializes your life. When someone takes the stance people parrot here about 'bigger problems' when talking about your own problems, they're just telling you they think you're insignificant.
