Bagwork Some bagwork from today

Yeah. I remember those a bit older then me. They had many stories from the kickboxing scene in Europe.

Often you wouldnt know the rules when you accepted a fight. And sometimes the opponent would change on the fight day, or the weight class.

But back then, people would just fight anyway.. even if the pay was small.

True warriors.
Those Wild West days. I’d kill any of my fighters for doing half that shit, haha.

What do you think about Bobs dummy Frode compared to the heavy bag? Do you think there's any advantage to Them?

Rob Kaman was one of the most fluent kickers I've seen.probably very flexible and perfect body structure for kicking.

So yes I do rate him very highly.

Very Good pick frode

Head kicks. Most people don’t realize that after you kick someone upside their head you have to consider their shoulders as you bring your leg back down to the mat. You don’t get this on pads, in partner drills or on a heavy bag.

I´m spaming your thread if you don´t like it I will gym challenge you

I like both. Bob is great for training different types of kicks. And also for striking accuracy.

But if i had to choose one of the two, i would choose the heavybag for sure

Bop feels realler, especially the head. But nothing comes close to a proper long bag.

True. But i prefere those wider and a bit shorter thick bags. With strops instead of chains.

Kinda like the bags Floyd Mayweather always used back in his days.

yeah wider bags are nicer than the thin long ones. I mean I like variety too. If I get different looks from different bags. The wide heavy bags are really nice to kick, the long ones are kind of too thin.
