Guys I'm new at his, and I haven't really discovered whole forum here.

So, what's best to do for BJJ (or grappling) when I'm alone, I do Ginastica Natural and strength workouts.

Is there any technique increasing workout when I'm alone?

I'm not limited here, everything is on.

You can work on breakfalls, grip strength, shooting, shrimping, yoga, just stuff like that.

That sums it up. These drills will build muscle memory and they will help to evolve your motions into instincts.

I have no idea what Ginastica Natural is, sorry.
 
It's big part of Gracie Jiu Jitsu training, and it's very common when training BJJ.

I wouldn't agree with you this time, you should try it. :))

It looks ridiculous and I don't see the benefit of it over training regularly.
 
Well, everyone has his opinion.

In my opinion, you get your limbs and body more known to you, and your flexibility is increasing along with strength.

I'm in dilemma now :p, it's funny idea but maybe very benfitial.
 
stretch for flexibility, learn techniques from videos online, and like others said, shoot, breakfalls, etc.
