It is just the evolution of tattoos. People now get them because they think it makes them look cool or tough. First it was a nice forearm tattoo, then full sleeves. When those weren't cool enough, it then became a big chest piece or tattoo on the side of the neck. Now those are not gangster enough so people do the front of the neck and the face. Face and neck tattoos are the worst and do not look good on anyone and just makes the person look foolish and lets the world know they make poor life choices.
