So paddy’s weight…

Have you seen the unedited pictures? It's unreal. He's found his niche in the UFC and Dana is literally talking about how the organization has to work around that. That is also unreal.

He might be a UK show star only. Couple times a year, crush a can (RIP Monkey King) and go back to eating. If he get's in the top 10 I'll literally eat crow, on camera, for you filthy bastards.

I'm going to sear this into my brain, never to be forgotten. I'll now be rooting for Paddy to get some absurd matchmaking rendering him top 10 material.

Though, in reality I agree it never fucking happens lol

He always been around 200lbs even when he was killing himself to cut to 145lbs. He was dropping up to 19lbs in water. You have to look at it this way. For his last fight, Paddy started his water cut at 167 lbs. His in camp weight is revealed as 173lbs. That is when he has been dieting and hydrated two weeks before his fight. People don't ever stay in camp shape. You need to add another 5-10lbs to it. Paddy probably walks around 180lbs in shape.

Last camp he started at 190lbs. 200lbs is him stuffing his face everyday for 3 weeks after his fight. He goes on binges where he eats like 10k calories a day and weighs himself. His face gets bloated from all the salt and sugar he is consuming. If you look this picture, he really isn't that fat. It just goes all in his face for some reason. He doesn't have a belly.

There's no way to tell what he weighs there in that picture though.
Either way that's a ton of weight and a ton of water.
When I was cutting for wrestling I would do 6-7 pounds of water overnight and had to keep it off until weigh ins the next day.
I know how that made me feel, and I can only imagine what these guys feel doing it for a week.

His body will pay the price sooner or later.

That picture is from a week ago. The issue isn't how bad he feels. Everyone in the division does the same thing as him in terms of cutting that 20+ lbs.
This was 1 or 2 weeks ago.

He also posted this video in the same week after a big meal.

I know they all do it sir.
Everyone in MMA does it.

How they feel has a lot to do with performance however.

that sounds sad. i think you should search help
Enjoying the good things in life is sad? You don't even know me :)

Cooking and enjoying good food and beer/wine/scotch with family and friends is happiness.

Being morbidly obese, because you don't know when to slow down and get back in shape, that's a different story

Not that crazy

Yeah you're right, 50 pounds is totally normal to gain and lose, and, gain and lose.

When Khabib was doing it from 185 everyone cried all the tears that he was a weight bully, I guess he didn't have a silly enough haircut to make it ok sir.

I think one big thing that will help Paddy, he's not the biggest drinker
Yes weight gain and eating shit food is far from healthy, but drinking heavily and eating shit is a double whammy

There’s a huge difference in going up and down in fat percentage and cutting so much water weight you nearly die on the scales though.

He straight up looks like Chris Griffin on the left.

That's me also, I yo-yo like fuck, but now I am near 40 I am getting fatter and find it harder to find the discipline to get the weight back down

I literally go from 215 to 260plus then back down, then repeat. It can't be good for the body so once I get back down, I will never allow myself to go past 240, in fact I am going to try and stay under 230!

I can live like a monk for weeks on end, then turn into a remorseless eating/drinking beast for months!

I need to cut the drink, it is my main trigger

I had simlar issues for 15 odd years, i've been caught in a binge starve cycle that's taken me from 135lbs to 280lbs and back again. Took getting clean and sober to introduce a semblance of order to my diet.

Obviously I was commenting on the weight bully part. Nobody is saying that what he’s doing is healthy.

Gotcha, I was just commenting on the fact that nobody calls him a weight bully even though he cuts from a heavier weight.

Damn, I think that is a bit more extreme is I am honest
That is double your weight?

I go from decent bodyfat to overweight but can still exercise daily and look semi decent in clothes

Are you doing better now? I think many don't realise that junk food is very addictive to many

He has a problem I have, the face shows the weight gain in an exaggerated fashion.

Don't we sound like women talking about weight? What is next, a discussion on how to shave our legs?
Why should we care what this dude is eating.
