So do some people still think Meisha is the favorite over Cyborg?

I've seen some argue this. I am not sure if they are a majority or a loud minority and Sherdog. IMO Cyborg will light Meisha up on the feet, unlike Holm who was generally looking to counterstrike. Holm was concerned of the takedown and it limited her striking, whereas Cyborg won't be totally squashed if it does end up on the mat.
Discuss.

I don't see Miesha as the favourite.

I can't speak for others though.

Not a favorite but I give her more of a chance than most

Did anybody really think that. Holy who is as passive as they come tagged her good a few times. Cyborg would body her.

Meisha's style is just terrible for a fight with Cyborg.

Meisha's strategy is generally A) Bad striking to set up sloppy takedowns or B) Muscle against the fence and then take them down.

No where in the world will this work against the stronger, fast and bigger Cyborg. Cyborg also showed in the Baar's MT fight that she can go at least 15 minutes.

Miesha has a way better resumé. And we dont know how good Cyborgs cardio is if Miesha survives the knockdown.

I don't see Tate as the favorite against Nunes. :shrug

She has no chance against Cyborg...worst style match you could make for Tate - Cyborg is better in all areas.

This Cyborg would roll over anyone in the BW division. End of the story.
A 135lb Cyborg, on the other hand, is a different thing. To get there she needs necessarily to lose muscle, and with less power she won't be as overwhelming as we know her now.
So this discussion is completely useless, they are in different categories and they won't fight together, if she stays in the current category she wins with everybody (including Ronda, including Holm), if she drops down then maybe Miesha is a problem for her, but not necessarily the main problem.
I still think Ronda will be used as a punching bag, I'm sorry but for me she won't ever get to clinch distance, and this is her main problem with Cyborg (and also the reason why I give some possibilities to Miesha). Holly hasn't looked good at all with Pennington, who dropped her with one punch. With Cyborg she won't resist, Cyborg is good in the clinch and good on the ground, and terribly strong (another important advantage Holly has in BW).

Meisha's hot so it could go in her favour

Cyborg eats bantamweights between meals.

You say the discussion is completely useless but then keep talking about it. Cyborg vs Tate can happen. It's not like it's impossible and crazier fights have been made.

They're in two different weight classes.

Mieshas greatest strength is her mental fortitude. Against a beast like Cyborg that just means a prolonged beating

No shit sherlock. MMA fans are allowed to indulge in hypotheticals. Regardless, do you think it's impossible for them to fight at a catchweight at 140 since both parties have publicly said they are willing to? Although Cyborg said she will return to Invicta, it's also possible that she will make 135 down the line as she continues to work with Lockheart.

Cyborg is overrated as fuck.. seriously

I see your point, but I don't see Cyborg changing her style due to muscle loss. She would still be a rampaging destroyer. She never really relied on one punch KO. She will swarm & overwhelm you like a Diaz if she smells blood. I don't think the current BW roster has the pedigree that Jorina Baars has-even Holms.
