Small dog was snatched by a seagull

Yeah, we're the master species!!!

Confused by this.

Seagulls dont have the type of gripping feet to snatch something up and fly away carrying it. I am pretty sure they would have to hold it in their mouths and flying with all the weight at the head and blocking the view would be almost impossible I would think even for the biggest gulls.

But if true that dog faces a horrific death. Seagull will ram beak and face up its anus and rip out its intestines to kill it, most likely.
I don't think a seagull's webbed feet would be suitable for gripping on to a tiny dog.

Ya I still cannot see how this passes the smell test. Gulls feet are the Donald Trump hands of the Bird Kingdom. Tiny by proportion and not made for gripping.

Cats have been disappearing left and right lately in my neighborhood. Seems like every day someone posts in the neighborhood Facebook group that their cat went missing. Unsurprisingly, people in this group were talking about these random coyotes that have appeared a couple weeks before.
Coyotes are expert pet snatchers, my brothers block in Thousand Oaks has zero cats because of them. We have them in our area too but for some reason they don’t wander into our neighborhood where they could feast on feral cats fed by the crazy cat ladies that live here.

Could such style items of garment prevent rape victims from getting themselves raped?
The girls that work the clubs the Jon Jones frequents May benefit from being adorned in such fine garments.

Ever see the giant petrel? They're like seagulls on steroids and bloodthirsty savages. They have webbed feet too, but they don't need to grasp onto prey- they just eat them alive.

Consider the Chihuahua dead, seagulls are absolute savages, actually birds in general have no hearts whatsoever.
Just so you have an idea of what a seagull can do.

That video reminds me of an Arthur Schopenhauer quote:

“Pleasure is never as pleasant as we expected it to be and pain is always more painful. The pain in the world always outweighs the pleasure. If you don't believe it, compare the respective feelings of two animals, one of which is eating the other.”

I remember a coyote was following me and my dog (Shiba Inu) one particularly cold winter a few years ago. He was probably following me for quite awhile before I even noticed him. I could tell he was waiting for my dog to get enough distance away from me and then he attack. Fortunately, my dog was on a leash and after I yelled and threw a few items at the Coyote it ran away.

birds are seriously such crazy animals.

i saw this funny compilation vid of gulls and how daring they are to get food from people, snatching it from their hands and even from their mouth! one guy was eating chips in his room and there was a gull staring at him menacingly through the window! <45><45><45>

i saw this goose absolutely demolish and kill another bird that came into its territory. like obliterated it. it was unreal.

and ducks have sex really wierdly. like all these males violently gangbang one female. but the female bamboozles them because she can shut her body down during rape. lol, no but female ducks have multiple holes for males to penetrate but only one of them is the real one that can knock her up.

All the resident Eagles we have in my neck of the woods jack all our of stocked trout, at least they tell you where the schools are

When you see birds of prey you can definitely see how they came from Dinos - specifically Raptors and such.

Can't imagine what it must have been like for other species to deal with beasts like Utah Raptors and Terror birds, or the Haast's Eagle.

Do you think a bird could carry off a miniature schnauzer?...asking for a friend...

Reminds me of this clip I saw - I think it was in Alaska - where a shit load of eagles were hanging around people were feeding them but also letting their toddlers wander around. Was waiting for one of those birds to snatch a kid up.

*found it

not quite toddlers but still

Well they are descendants of Dinosaurs so........yeah. Humans should consider themselves lucky birds downsized the way they did.

There is no need for dogs that size to exist. Lol they can't even survive on their own. I can't imagine one of those things attempting to hunt.
