the bwx10 is too much of a challenge but how bout I challenge you to BWx.75 zercher x 5 reps
so if you are 120 you gotta do 90x5
thing is I might be losing weight. At most I had 120 kg sometime last years, this morning 114 kg. So by reducing my weight I can easier lift according to my bw my stupid sherdog friend

definitely can´t, just the ones who can do a lot are the ones providing numbers.170 isn't big it's an ok intermediate lift I bet most guys who posting his sub can do that easily
it just takes work and following a program.
