Before I had wondered why calling dudes a mouth breather is a bad thing.
After hearing Huberman a couple years ago, I understand why now.
Got so paranoid/self concious, I even attempted to solely through my nose, while running. lol, no.
I realized, since I rarely breathe through mouth, other than a sigh/or stress breath; was just being dumb.
Is Your Mouth Breathing Causing Your Jaw to Overwork? Dr. Bob Perkins https://bobperkinsdds.com › blog › is-your-mouth-breat...
Changes in Facial StructureOver time, chronic mouth breathing can actually change the shape of your face.
Mouth breathers tend to develop longer, narrower faces with a more recessed jawline. This occurs because the lack of tongue support and improper jaw alignment affect facial proportions.
