That is interesting that this isn't batch7. Maybe i'll hold out..

Vince has been saying they were going to release these kimonos for a couple months now. Batch #7 is still coming, but these are comps gis that I believe you will see Kayron and others wearing at the Worlds, which is why I think they are probably releasing them now.

When I think picture I expect I'm going to see the actual product :(

Here is a better picture for you. :icon_chee

And real photos will probably surface soon, just wanted to post these up since Vince sent them to me.

Maybe it's just the way the drawings look, I'll wait till I see some actual photos of the gi to make sure. Chances are i'm still going to get it lol.

The pre-order only lasts until the 4th, so just a few days. Be sure to grab one up before then if you want one. I'm not sure if actual photos will surface before then or not.

im just hoping the yellow is more of a gold color rather than a urine color.

I'm not too worried about how a concept picture looks. It is exactly what I was looking for in a competition gi/summer gi and therefore I got two. I have seen all of the products Shoyoroll has produced and I haven't disliked any of the batches. I believe the concept is just that a concept and in the end the gi will be great like all the others.

I take vitamins so I have neon yellow piss, which might look pretty cool. I'll email Vince and see if i can get a clarification on the yellow color.

Also I hate to be a pest but do you know if this follows the other size charts? Because I can't seem to find a size chart for any of the Shoyoroll stuff.

Just ordered one from Budo. The guy on the phone said they're selling quick and that they could be sold out by the end of today.. Crazy.

I talked to Vince via fb message on the Shoyoroll page and the sizing for these kimonos follows the existing size chart.

(I asked him what size I'm 5'9 220 and he recommend A3)

Thanks dude, that was actually pretty helpful. I just placed my order for an A2.

Damn, I' told him 6'0" and he told me an A2.
Wonder what happens if they're all out but I need to exchange my A2 for an A3 after trying it on?

How heavy are you tho? I'm 220 pounds so that is going to make a difference.

UPDATE: There is a sizing chart on there. I actually am a size A-2H I called budovideos and they changed my size in under 30s.

6' 180lbs. Will probably fine as long as it doesnt shrink!

I don't want to sell it, I want to keep it! :)

Yeah according to that sizing chart (which is for these gis) you have the right size.
