Should Kimbo be in the UFC hall of fame?

Eh... Kimbo certainly is a UFC/Bellator vet.. but he doesn't deserve being in the UFC HOF. He's just not one of the greats like BJ Penn, Matt Hughes, and so on. He only had 2 UFC fights as well so..
