I'd like to see Islam face Dariush on the undercard of Oliveira-Gaethje.

If either fighter in the title fight has to pull out, give Islam the spot. Otherwise, have the winners fight for the belt.

Dariush has visited four physicians regarding his broken fibula. Three suggested physical therapy, one advised surgery. As of now, he is going with PT and trying to avoid surgery. Still no firm timeframe on his return, but no surgery is good news.

I was going to say no one clearly deserves it but Islam's got good a case as any then I noticed he had a 10 fight win streak. My god those things are becoming common. Khabib, Tony, Olivera, Islam. Conor really did a number on this division this shouldn't be possible.

i think someone needs to earn it.

the lw division is once again stalled out.

it is a sad state when islam who beat last minute hooker who isnt even competing at 155 anymore
and booby green is the most active and most deserving of a title shot.

he deserves it but not more than beneil, we really should see them fight.

charles and justin haven't even fought yet and the vegas odds are out that charles is the underdog for the islam fight
maybe rightfully so. but shit, shouldn't we wait to see who wins and then maybe give the champ a breather?

tony had 13 wins in a row and got fucked out of plenty of titleshots.
just like dariush is going to get fucked out of his chance because he was injured.
islam has been injured and missed fights as well. but he is getting the fast track danastani privilege style.
dont get me wrong he likely is the most deserving, and talented guy in the division.
but fight a worthy contender already. earn that shit

Top fighters wont fight him, the one that he was signed to fight got hurt. He's not fighting lower ranked guys on purpose
