alright i got the shooting for the tdown tech pretty well... my prob is i cant seem to lift the guy... i just go thru and thru to put the guy on the mat... now what do i have to develop in order to lift the guy? since slamming while in the guard is not allowed in bjj and o gi grappling(which kinda sucks)...i wanna learn how to do a hard td by double leg...to sorta knock the wind out of the guy ...coz stamina isnt one of my strong points... any tips on how to do this?
