    My knuckles were so badly banged up we decided to drill some escapes, sweeps and takedowns instead. Nothing special at all but at least I got to work on some details of my game.

    Gym session:
    Back, Biceps:
    Deadlift: 6x4 on 80kg +10kg
    Sitting row: 8x4 on 65kg
    Pull-ups with palms facing me: 6x4
    Sitting dumbell curl: 12x4 on 15kg dumbells

    I did a little boxing on the bag and worked a little on my low-kick and found out that my jab-cross-lowkick combo had a pretty good sting to it.

    As a Judo-class needed the dojo 20 mins into the session we were forced to quit.
