Thanks man. When I started making it I was like "how the hell am I goign to make this head match the scene?"... but it did. I was just looking at movie gifs and that one popped up. It's from "Nosferatu the Vampyre" - 1979.

I hear ya. I started saving base files and bits recently. Too oft I have been going "didn't I have so and sos head around here somewhere?".

Could always jus recrop the gif to the eye size and slop the frames in, they are dark enough.
