I'll update tonight but I believe we were off by one yeserday

Lol I'm sorry but you haven't been checking in much if you think he's been the one running on bipartisanship. He's rallied the trump echo chamber and dissed liberals the entire thread and when someone clueless comes in and says something, he just plays into what he thinks you want. You got played.

@Lead Wasserman Schultz

Do you want Gandhi posting incorrect information about who's leading? Also, it helps me when I see him or meathead post their tally to see if I missed something

If they aren't good at keeping tally I am offering my services to show the true tally (as a neutral observer) No need to double check the numbers if I am in charge of counting the votes.

No you missed my point. You're essentially the guy running this whole thing yet your clearly in favor of one camp over the other. I'm not even saying you have acted irresponsibly but it seems like someone in your shoes should at least maintain neutrality to at least avoid accusations no?

@Lead cant even keep his scandals straight. Thought this was about his collusion with GNN. <43>

For the first of its kind, this election is chugging along nicely. At least there's citizen involvement, and the outcome isn't a foregone conclusion like the 1st US "election".

What happened was I was being neutral for quite awhile but Hans and others continued to shit on me as being biased so I eventually got to the fuck it stage where I felt fine voicing my opinion as well. The way the election is set up, the results are transparent so there isn't really a way for it to be rigged. I would worry more about whoever made those two accounts that looked exactly like the names of banned posters in the registry. That was an actual attempt possibly to help rig the election and unless the person was planning to reveal it afterwards for lols, it wasn't a cool thing to do.

I'm not going to put all my time into something like this and then not have fun as well, especially while they are while dissing me (whether jokingly or not).

BREAKING NEWS: COURT REACHES DECISION ON AGEDFLATUS CASE
In the case of the plaintiff, AgedFlatus, the court was appointed to rule on whether his vote was eligible after he renouncing citizenship. Mr Flatus showed continuous signs to have no interest in the welfare of the election or the War Room itself. Despite conducting himself in a manner which made officials believe he sincerely renounced his citizenship, Mr Flatus then went on to vote and insist he had never made such a claim. This matter focuses in on whether a War Room citizen is able to renounce their citizenship after Round 1 of the election process. It is in the opinion of the court...
that a citizen does not hold the right to do so and is locked as a citizen until the current election's end. Despite Mr. Flatus' blatant stupidity, his attempt to remove himself from the registry was not possible under his authority or those officiating the election. With this decision, Aged Flatus will be reinstated to the current registry this election and have his vote accepted to the official tally.
Majority Opinion- AgedFlatus is a complete cunt. As hard as it is to look past that in this case, the truth of the matter is which decision will have the best consequences for the long term health of future elections. By establishing the registry as locked, even against request of citizen renouncing, officiators will have less decisions to make based on post by post basis of who said they wanted removed and if they actually meant the registry. By locking them in, there isn't any room for subjectivity as a person either is in or isn't during that cycle. Though the effects of a person asking to be removed normally would have no effect on the election results, if that said person were to be a stupid cunt and come back to vote, it then affects the election the same way adding a non registered poster would.

Concurring Opinion- I agree AgedFlatus is a complete cunt.

Dissenting Opinion- AgedFlatus is a complete cunt. Not only is he this, but he had no intention to actually care about this election from the start or to vote in it. It was only until after removing himself, he found that he could abuse the good faith of officiators. By having the officiators trust a renouncing of citizenship to be sincere and unable to alter the elections results (one of the most important factors in coming to a decision), Flatus made a maneuver in order to question the institutions and rules set in place by the War Room and it's constitution. Flatus served to try to undermine the laws we uphold dearly and make them into a joke along with our election. For that reason, the very intent of Flatus' actions should disqualify him being reinstated. The true nature of a renouncing citizen would be one who didn't come back to vote. Aged Flatus proved to have the nature of a poster intending to corrode the underpinnings of this democracy. Aged Flatus is a cunt.

LMAO <43>

On a side note, I truly believe after our administration elects the first congress and frames the WR Constitution, future administrations will be able to nominate SCOTWR Justices to rule on instances like this.

Fuck nah

I disagree with this decision. If someone is a citizen and later ceases being a citizen, he loses the right to vote.

That said, I would not want to win inhaling an Aged Flatus.

Hahaha! Excellent write up.

By the time the next election rolls around I suspect that you will forgive AgedFlatus and let him be part of the of the voter list once again.

Lead keeps his streak alive of following the rules. Good man.

I would like to see the hard evidence of "Mr Flatus then went on to vote and claim he had never made such a claim."

I made no such statement and direct any questions to my counsel Hans.

This would be a much more impartial decision with a judicial branch in place.

The @Palis/Dr J campaign plans to pave the way for this in our Presidential Thread.
