I am a bit conflicted with this but you do meet the criteria I put in place though I wouldn't really see you as WR compared to Mayberry. You will be added as a candidate however since you passed. If this happens next year, I may need to make a new class of people who can vote but not run for certain instances. However, rules are rules and you are in!
