Dana's most recent comment on who would be getting title shot after Islam/Jack was winner of Brady/Morlaes. Shavkat has been out awhile dude. He's in no regards first in line before any of those names above Leon anymore. If Ian Garry beats Belal, that would put him above Shavkat due to him being on a hot win streak compared to Shavkat's inactiveness.

why is usman being considered? one win the past 4 fights isn't anything to write home about. islam mentioned he wants kamaru because he's the biggest name, but i really don't think usman puts butts in seats or sells ppvs. especially now as his stock is not very high. hopefully usman islam doesn't happen. morales, shavkat, prates and garry all make way more sense.

I'm not even worried about the ring rust, his injury looked bad. His body looked almost even frail. Considering how long it's taken to recover, I can't imagine he's 100% the same Shavkat from before. I think it's kind of like an Arman situation where he's earned a title shot, but still needs to prove he has it.

Maybe even just an easier fight to showcase his current state, someone like Buckley or Usman.
