Time to get hyped again boys.
Surprised that Shara hasn't faced Enomoto yet, usually he faces every MW prospect on the Russian scene. What a strange career Enomoto has, born in Japan, training out of Switzerland, but fighting most of his career in RussiaRagozin is tough as nails. It'll be interesting to see if Shara gets the finish or not. I'm almost glad Enomoto gets robbed so often or else he'd have surely already been on the business end of some nasty Shara Bullet shit. Or he'd beat him somehow because beating guys he shouldn't have been able to beat is what he does.
He lost an iffy decision to Ragozin which is why I mention him. If he gets the nod he'd probably be on Shara's highlight reel already if not preparing to be in a few weeks.Surprised that Shara hasn't faced Enomoto yet, usually he faces every MW prospect on the Russian scene. Isn't Enomoto brothers from Switzerland, like born there and stuff? I think even their ethnic Japanese father (or maybe I am wrong and their father is a mix of Japanese and Peruvian or some other people) is not from Japan but from Peru.Surprised that Shara hasn't faced Enomoto yet, usually he faces every MW prospect on the Russian scene. But yeah Enomoto has a very fascinating career. He's got a spot in my esteemed and exclusive boy stable. Held the M1 belt. He accounts for 3 of the 7 in Shamil Zavurov's 40-7. Took Ivan Shtyrkov's 0 despite being like 25 pounds smaller. Just fought unheralded savage after unheralded savage and basically competed with all of them even in defeat. I find it almost inexplicable he never got a shot in any major promotion outside of Russia and Sengoku back in the day. He could trade wins and losses anywhere and isn't Russian or Brazilian.
What are the chances Shara ever gets signed to the UFC? A guy like him has to be on their radar, undefeated, striking background, 16-0 still in 20s, super exciting style and interesting look..
Probably depends on visa like most Russians. Didn't help his case beating up the dude in the mall probably.
Also not someone you can get for 12/12, so they'd have to put their hands in their pockets.
Shara vs Maga Ismailov would be a hell of a test of his defensive wrestling
The thing about the Russian scene is that it's so incestuous. Sometimes guys fight despite this and sometimes they don't. More often than not I get the feeling when this happens one or both guys just doesn't want to fight the other for competitive reasons. They seem to be pals. I wouldn't expect that one anytime soon.

Mineev vs. Shara is probably the best fight you can make in Russian MMA right nowhttps://matchtv.ru/boxing/matchtvne...ak_sostojalsa_anons_pojedinka_Ragozina_na_RCC
Long story short -- according to head of AMC Fight Nights Shara signed to fight Mineev in March and AMC wasn't informed about Ragozin fight, so fight in RCC probably are not happening and all this mess is the fault of multiple managers of Shara.
Isn't Mineev fighting in the war though? I had written him off already tbh. Hope he comes back and fights again but it's a legitimate question mark. A Russian paratrooper is not a good thing to be right now. I read the article and had no idea he was having a kickboxing match tomorrow. Wish they'd have just done the Shara fight sooner.Mineev vs. Shara is probably the best fight you can make in Russian MMA right now
Mineev and army became a meme now - he announced that he goes to army like a month or two ago and even traveled and trained in Mariupol. I think I saw head of AMC Fight Nights said that Mineev is gonna be able to train (and maybe even travel) during his “service” in army.Isn't Mineev fighting in the war though?
