Well, Weilli did look really impressive finishing Carla on the ground after Rose had a dance fest with her the fight before and lost. I know that is a bit of MMAth, but it's pretty hard to deny the fight Weilli/Rose had was super close. I wouldn't frame it as a situation where Rose was just off her game and would win another time given fighter abilities are not static- fighters diminish and improve; Weilli would have won if she were just a little better in that last one. Weilli could well be even better the next time they fight. The girl is trains like a maniac.

There are no sure bets obviously in this one, so it will be interesting to see.

Pat has excellent manipulation skills which he demonstrated on Rose multiple times

For instance the interview with Ariel when Pat was trying defend that performance

Rose was trying to talk only for Pat to take over and control the narrative and make Rose leave the room



It's hard to watch someone great like Rose be so manipulated and controlled easily..very sad

Carla doesn't have anything on Rose. She's small, physically weak and not even that good at her only strength. Rose might even outgrapple her if she actually tried to fight. Rose has Rose's number. She's her own worst enemy.

The first time they faced each other, Rose was 22, skinny and on her fourth pro fight. Carla had thrice the experience.

Rose has improved ridiculously more than Carla since then. She also has a significant size and strength advantage now. She should have destroyed Carla in the rematch. Carla was lucky she was across the octagon in one of those days when Rose boycotted herself. Neither of them did shit to win the fight. It should have been a 49-49 draw.
