Seated Good Mornings: A Cautionary Tale

So there I was getting ready to knock out 5x5 seated good mornings with 315lbs per the end of my Sheiko workout. Weight felt light on my back as I’d just done 5x3 with 425lbs on back squats. But as I sat on a bench and lowered my torso into the bottom of the good morning position, an excruciating pain erupted from my nether regions as my power gut smashed my poor testicles into the bench. Now my dick and balls have a radiating sharp pain randomly.

So beware when doing this exercise and perhaps let your balls hang off the edge of the bench so as to avoid them being in the line of fire. Damn you, Boris Sheiko!
 
Sounds like a twisted testicle
Well I haven’t pissed blood or felt the sharp pain in at least 12 hours. Think I might be in the clear. What’s the point of these seated good mornings anyway? Substitute for a back extension?
