Sean Strickland continues to get verbally destroyed

I'm a fan of Strickland but how can you be that guy that will say anything and cross all lines than seemingly have the thinnest skin ever?

He literally attacked The Suga Man unprovoked and even mentioned his wife lol To then immediately get butthurt by his response is ridiculous.

Now he's shown his weakness, all anyone has to do is bring up his dad noncing him and he'll fold.

I wouldn't say he has thin skin. Imo childhood trauma hits different. As many people mentioned it's something you don't get to choose. I have very low self-esteem because of my parents, this shits is destroying me. Having sensitive side doesn't mean you can be a tough motherfucker. His interviews after wining the belt orninterview where he talked about world making people feel inadequate really hit hard. He has more awareness about shitty world we live in, if many people had that world would be much better. O'Malley had no response on coference anyway. Sean has flaws like all of us, but it doesn't diminish his unique personality

I suppose I applaud him for being honest about his emotions. His version of it of course. It’s often very hard to admit to these type of things. Especially as a fighter and a fighter as brash as he is.

This has been a tough few days for Strickland. DDP has ruined Strickland with his trash talk and O’Malley hasn’t helped either. DDP reminded Sean of his PTSD and is letting his demons slowly destroy him. It’s been a masterclass of psychological warfare.

He literally says people need to get abused and not normal discipline but alcoholic father rage abuse. Now maybe I’ve watched that out of context. But as a person who was also abused as a child and grew up seeing horrific shit, I could self deprecate but wouldn’t joke about other people needing to suffer trauma. It’s funny because I originally posted he is suffering an identity crisis. Which I tend to believe more than ever. In his post fight after winning the belt he makes many remarks, including jokingly thanking his dad for beating him, but one thing that stood out to me is a remark he made to suggest he has no conscious. It appears that he either does have a conscious or he’s using this to get clicks. The difference for me is I’m not sure which one it is.

I guess if you were to take the difference between Sean's insults to Izzy, O'Malley, DDP, they were all things they chose to do, Izzy with his dog, O'Malley with his wife and DDP with his coach.

Whereas with Sean, what happened to him during his childhood was out of his control, he didn't have a say in it.

That said I agree with everyone, don't throw massive insults to everyone if you can't handle it yourself.

At least Sean is entertaining and has a good voice and needed intensity for his little promos.
I still maintain the opinion that Colby is not a natural talker and got his popularity from people overrating his talent to heel persona ratio. I would guess people wanted to see him as someone who says whatever the fuck he wants to say and people cant do anything about it. Even if it isnt smart or really even entertaining. Im very intrigued if people will main interest in him if he starts to lose more fights.

Colby got his popularity by being a Trump fanboy. Thats it! He is one of the worst talkers I have ever seen in my life and has zero charisma. But Trump is/was a fan, so all the Trump fans started worshiping Colby too
