How's this for culture?
couple of interesting things about heat, the bank shoutout was choreographed by andy mcnabb, theres no music in that scene, and its used as a training aid by law enforcement. There's an equally great movie that came out arond the same time - Heat with Pacino and De Niro.![]()

Great movie but I still can't put it above Fight Club.
ewww! thats wrong.Interesting.
there's also an interesting fact about the brazilian masterpiece "City Of God" from 2002 - there's a girl in the movie playing a wife. She's definitely pretty, most people would guess her age around 18 years old, and her husband in the movie is probably in his mid-late 40s ...there's even a brief sex scene involving her.
Now here's the fun fact: When you look her up on IMDB, you'll see that she was born in 1990 ...so if the movie came out in 2002, you do the math.
That's the thing with brazilian women ...a lot of them look like grown women at the age of 12-13 already. So be careful in case you go over there someday.

Brad Pitt wakes up from a nightmare, it's Christmas morning and he's screaming "What's in the BOOOXXXX??!!"
Great ageless picture.
Brad Pitt's character believed the photographer to be John Doe. We don't know if he really was.
But they found the photos in John Doe's appartment and figured the photographer was John Doe.
Weren't they supposed to play Pitt's character? Because Freeman's character is about to retire, it's his last week of work. I think Denzel would've done a terrific job playing Pitt's character, probably even slightly better than Pitt ........although I like it the way it is.
Will Smith on the other hand is an absolute shit actor. Would've probably done his typical "I'm too cool fo yo ass" nonsense, instead of actually BE cool like Brad Pitt, who is superior to Will Smith in every aspect anyway.
