I think it's good. As a leftist, I think it's really disrespectful to reduce such a longstanding justice to partisan bickering. It's not like he's a stooge like Ronald Reagan who destroyed the country in eight years just to line his own pockets. Scalia was an actual ideologue and was a very smart man. Very racist and homophobic, but he served his country well and cared a great deal about the utility of his position.

I won't care when Clarence Thomas dies, though. That dude is a seriously worthless Justice. He never talks, he never writes opinions. I'm not sure he even has a functioning brain.
