Kind of a hard working goof with a beer gut now. Still hit the gym, though. I'm about 205, just not jacked & cut BD style. Would like to be around 190 or so.

sitting right around 195. 185 would be ideal for me at 5 10.
not saying there's no benefits, but as of yet, until my kid gets like trapped under something that i can't lift off of him, hasn't effected me really. barring like HS football of course, probably shoulda lifted then
At the very least, consistent lifting raises your testosterone. Might be a nice counter to the dastardly effects of pots has on T levels
