Kind of a hard working goof with a beer gut now. Still hit the gym, though. I'm about 205, just not jacked & cut BD style. Would like to be around 190 or so.
 
i still do mad plyometrics and other shit, just don't really lift weights.

I did in Afghanistan for like 5 months straight, and even w/o really eating much or taking protein i got up to 170 w/ no extra body fat. i see why others do it, i just did other shit when i got back and never got into it again.
 
tough losing that spare tire, even with all the cycling I do.
sitting right around 195. 185 would be ideal for me at 5 10.
 
Deadlifted last night..only worked at 315 for three sets
 
Watched some John Mulaney standup on Netflix last night. Solid 8/10, guy even referenced the coffee shop scene from HEAT
 
not saying there's no benefits, but as of yet, until my kid gets like trapped under something that i can't lift off of him, hasn't effected me really. barring like HS football of course, probably shoulda lifted then

At the very least, consistent lifting raises your testosterone. Might be a nice counter to the dastardly effects of pots has on T levels

Give me a couple of rides and I might want a shot at you up Diablo. 165 would be a practical weight for me at this point in life if I am riding regularly. I'm 5'11" 3/4.
 
Anyone know if that supposed trick to see who views your facebook actually works?

I did the ctrl+U -> ctrl+F -> initialchat method and am wondering if it's legit
