Killed it in the heavy curl rack this morning. Had multiple people looking at me all jelly like "wtf is that guy's problem why does he have to embarrass us with those sick curls"
 
Was gonna lift, then I remembered that I have zero reason to and then I didn't. Rinse and repeat
 
not saying there's no benefits, but as of yet, until my kid gets like trapped under something that i can't lift off of him, hasn't effected me really. barring like HS football of course, probably shoulda lifted then
 
A decent S&C program our HS ran was the only reason I started my senior year. I went from 150lbs as a freshman to 205lbs as a senior. Obviously, some of that is natural growth, but I would say 15-20 lbs of that was due to the gym. Couple that with plyometric and sprints and I was much stronger and faster.
