Jeff Daniels is a cool dude. We've seen him a couple of times at restaurants in Ann Arbor. I didn't know anything about him before my time in AA but he is from a town just west of AA where he owns a theater (the Purple Rose Theater http://www.purplerosetheatre.org/about/). By all accounts a very nice guy who locals said was very friendly.

I don't know how many of you have seen the 80s movie Something Wild, but it's just awesome. Jeff Daniels is great, best Ray Liotta role ever and Melanie Griffith's pseudo-comeback to acting <insert Rick James "Cocaine is a hellofa drug>
