It wasnt the design but all the bullshit that came along with it. Constant issues for mobile browsing.I actually didnt mind the previous design at all.
Ill have to keep an eye out for that. I dont do much on steaks outside of salt/pepper.This new format will take some getting used to, but nobody can fucking bring me down right now. Got the sickest username on this site and I have found the hands down best steak seasoning. Oakridge Carne Crosta (beef crust). Got it in the mail today and picked up a 16oz prime ribeye on the way home from work. This could be the best steak I have ever had.

This seasoning has coffee in it, but it is crazy good. Nice to see the new grill is getting used. Are you doing a reverse sear on the tri tip or just smoking it?Ill have to keep an eye out for that. I dont do much on steaks outside of salt/pepper.
I just got the Green Mountain assembled and did the burn in. Throwing a tri tip on it tomorrow for some experimenting and then a few baby back racks on Sunday.
