This new format will take some getting used to, but nobody can fucking bring me down right now. Got the sickest username on this site and I have found the hands down best steak seasoning. Oakridge Carne Crosta (beef crust). Got it in the mail today and picked up a 16oz prime ribeye on the way home from work. This could be the best steak I have ever had.

Ill have to keep an eye out for that. I dont do much on steaks outside of salt/pepper.

I just got the Green Mountain assembled and did the burn in. Throwing a tri tip on it tomorrow for some experimenting and then a few baby back racks on Sunday.

This seasoning has coffee in it, but it is crazy good. Nice to see the new grill is getting used. Are you doing a reverse sear on the tri tip or just smoking it?
