I think Traeger and GMG will both hit 450-500. Not sure about other brands but thats plenty hot.

Ill prob just turn on the gas grill and sear it on that.

This new format will take some getting used to, but nobody can fucking bring me down right now. Got the sickest username on this site and I have found the hands down best steak seasoning. Oakridge Carne Crosta (beef crust). Got it in the mail today and picked up a 16oz prime ribeye on the way home from work. This could be the best steak I have ever had.

Did you get a kick out of "Survivors Guide to Prison" on Netflix? Seemed like pretty well known advice on there. One "fact" they presented was that the normal citizen commits three felonies a day without even realizing it. I find that hard to believe, unless this forum actually represents the average citizens.

Yeah you could see the angle they were going for pretty quick. I am a pretty fucking wild guy as my username implies, but I don't think I am committing three felonies everyday. The stories of the guys that got fucked over were interesting though.
