Sad Day When Jones Retires

Kill 2 birds with one stone. F them both. Holding up divisions. Both divas who refused to fight the rising contenders and beat old has beens... eat shit dana too

He's basically been retired for 3 years. The one fight with Gane was a nice epilogue. And with Stipe will be a nice afterward. But really, he's been gone for a long time already.

Glad to have watched Reyes beat him, will be glad when the serial eye poker is gone from the UFC. Now if he could just stop holding up the HW division, that would be great. Not sure who's trying to shell out their hard earned $$$ to watch him commit elder abuse against Stipe but hopefully it never happens

The Jones haters are relentless :)
Not my favourite fighter and a POS outside of the cage, but show him some respect for what he has accomplished inside the cage and the wars he has been in for our enjoyment. His rise to the top and title reign in the LHW division was something special, the way he big brothered everyone was crazy to see.

Someone wrote that he's more or less been retired and that's how I feel as well. He has been so inactive in the recent years that he's almost been retired, but it would be fun to see him at least one last time.

he is a HW Bitch

needed 3years to step inside the cage,
and handpick the easiest fight Gane & Stipe are made to improve his record

he never called Sergei or any others top HW

He was awesome to watch back in the day. Things changed when he stopped enjoying a huge height and reach advantage. He stopped looking like a champion in his last 2 LHW fights. Imo. No point mentioning multiple PEDs positive tests but it happened.

Paper champ, always has been. Best old fighters and lost vs reyes. Duck Rumble, ducked Nganou. His wins vs DC are tainted since he was roided to the gills.

Haha. Jones crushed so many fan favorites that it's impossible to tell where the salt is coming from.

I considered Jon Jones retired years ago. We haven't seen prime Jones in a long time.

What the he'll is he gonna do post career?
I have my doubts he'll last long in retirement.
Gonna have a stretch in jail for sure at some point.

It will be a great day, specially now that he is holding out the HW division, can't wait for thr sport to move on from this cheating cunt.

He seems virtually retired now, besides a legacy fight with Stipe. He's pretty much done. And that ends a big chapter in MMA I believe.

Hate him or love him his name always brings a level of excitement very few others bring in the sport.

The crazy thing is the guy has been in the UFC since 2008. That's gotta be the longest any fighter has remained relevant and fighting top contenders.

First UFC fight was in august 2008. To think someone who was fighting in the UFC back in 2008 is the current HW champ and P4P #1 is mind boggling.

Most fighters struggle to remain relevant for 5 years, let alone be the top guy in a division for that long. And we're talking 15 years. I don't care if it's on picos or whatever shit Ronnie Coleman was on. It's impressive. Especially for a guy who likes to do cocaine with hookers on the weekend.

With that being said, Shoutout to RDA who's still ranked and has also been in the UFC since 2008.

Sad to see these guys retire any day now. The last of the "old school".
He was already gone, yet the sadness was limited. And he won't be around much more.
I think MMA fans will be comfortable with his retiring.

You have no evidence those are hookers as opposed to strippers or regular sluts.

Your typically sherdogger won't care, they jump on the nuts of the next guy to string together 3 wins as "the next GOAT".
How many times have we seen someone with 2 or 3 title defences called the GOAT? Lol, laughable, truly.

Actual MMA fans recognise JBJ as the true GOAT, siting up there with the likes of Andy and GSP.
Guys who fought and dominated the best over a sustained period of time.

He screwed his career with his shitty antics outside of the cage, but still has a strength of schedule that's unmatched in MMA to this day.
If you can't see that then you're just a blind hater, sorry!
