not a wrestling expert but i would think it would of been more effective if jon turned with the slam instead of using all his strength to go straight back (which is impressive that he was able to pick bonnar up like that considering how lanky jon is)

That is just a PERFECT suplex. Perfect form. That arch in the hips is what makes a supflex a suplex.
