Now I want to know what happens to the Army girl. That looked like a good slice of life anime.

Some would. But the reality is that most would not. The citizens of this country are (mostly) soft. Trust me, it gives me zero joy to say it.

We are lucky we have the most powerful military the world has ever seen.

I sort of agree with you. There are entire threads on Sherdog where many videos and photos have been posted that showed how weak, slow, lethargic, and dumb Karens, soyboys, and soygirls are in United States of America.

Obviously, there are over 331,000,000 folks inside United States of America. With such a gargantuan number, there will always be some folks that are considerably tough.

Putin (Russia) has already told Zelenskyy (Ukraine) that if Ukraine gives up on its hope of joining NATO, he would remove his troops from the Ukraine (with the exception of the Donbas region and the 2 breakaway republics). Putin has already asked Biden and NATO to guarantee that the Ukraine will not join NATO. If so, he will withdraw Russian troops from the Ukraine.

This is a no-brainer: Tell Putin (guarantee) that the Ukraine will not join NATO. Plus, NATO does not want Ukraine to join the organization.
Take that promise at face value. Putin doesn’t exactly have a history of honoring treaties. Or human rights. That’s how this whole situation started in the first place.

I think a lot of them were tricked into it. They were probably told they were just going to secure an area, not that they were going to start bombing and not even be told what for.

If the Ukrainians can get some more weapons, they have a decent chance of fighting them off, but if Russia blocks them from getting more weapons, it's going to be ugly.

Strategically, that will be really hard to do for the Russians I would think. They can't approach the border with Poland or they risk massive NATO response. So I would think that weapons and tech are going to be funneled in through Poland to the Ukrainians nonstop.

Trump is likely going to get his wish with Nato using their own military and not relying on the United States of America.

Well I think a lot of them are conscripts so there's that to consider.

They don't really have that large of a professional standing force and they spend comparatively little on their military compared to the US.

No question. I know some people that are HEAVILY armed (like...they have mini arsenals) and who would probably die smiling if they were fighting to defend this country. But they are waaaaaaaaay the minority. The overwhelming majority of US citizens not only don't have the moxie to fight for this country, they don't have the ABILITY.

This isn't a movie where you hand some fatso who's only ever played video games an actual gun and he proceeds to mow down foreign troops. That's not reality. In real life, that dude shits himself and forgets the safety is on or just drops the gun and runs.

I agree we have soft people. I honestly think it's a generational thing but at the end of the day we do have the most powerful military and those parents and grandparents who fought for that are the bloodline of this country and I would believe these soft Americans have something inside them to fight if it had to happen.

And to think, There are soy boys trying to take our rights to carry. In a way, i hope this escalates just enough to make these fools realize they are not protected in their little bubble and could have their bubble poped at any moment.
This country has gotten way too soft for my taste.

I'm forced to agree with you. The vast majority of folks are GARGANTUAN TALK and 0 (or close to 0) action.

It sort of reminds me of what the legendary Vitali Klitschko said.

Vitali Klitschko: "Chess is similar to Boxing fights. You need to develop a strategy, and you need to think two or three steps ahead about what your opponent is doing. You have to be smart. But what's the difference between Chess and Boxing fights? In Chess, nobody is an expert, but everybody plays. In Boxing, everybody is an expert, but nobody fights."

I barely see you post messages outside of The War Room. What do you think of Michael Chandler having an MMA fight against Tony Ferguson?

Even though Michael Chandler is awesome, I definitely hope that Tony Ferguson eliminates him.

I really don't want to see Tony Ferguson riding a 4-fight LOSING streak.

Michael Chandler had his chance to capture the UFC Lightweight World Championship. Tony Ferguson never got the title shot that he deserved.

I don't know how old you are. I'm in my mid 40's. 15 years ago when I was in my early 30's I think I'd have agreed with you. Now...I feel like most of the populace couldn't fight off a cold. At the risk of sounding like a crotchety old man: We're mostly a bunch of whiny bitches. And worse, a divided bunch of whiny bitches. So the motivation to fight for your neighbor is lessened. It sucks, but sadly I think it's true.
