Then Russia will rest and accumulate more weapons and armed forces ready for next cycle: will require to cede to Russia Odessa oblastj and attack again....

General flowchart is this: 1. to launch prisoners as de mining tools and to get attention. Ofc they also are armed and might shot etc.
2. after this more valuable wagner part, they are scheduled to fire on exposed ukr positions etc...and ofc to do their job.

3. After this some more valuable wagner pros..
4. Then ... russian armed forces pros...

Plus backup with artillery and mortars, MRLS etc stuff...

Casualities russia does have are very high numbers each day, anyway they are able to continue and increase pressure because really DOESN'T looks that they have ANY problems to hire next batches with dreamers - mercenaries .... sadly looks that today it is 0 problem.

Not everyone is going to be right about everything all of the time. Many very smart people get shut down in debates, if they don't know how to debate. Honestly, his take was so strikingly similar to mine I felt compelled to share it, he even uses the same language I do in certain aspects. For the people laughing at me listening to his views, the guy has been researching the Russia Ukraine situation and makes videos about it almost everyday since the conflict began. He's as knowledgeable as anyone here on the subject and hes an intelligent guy. He literally is an independent political analyst with 6 million + followers. Hes done well to explain things and hes hilarious.

When he was shivering talking about JP morgan wanting the war to end I nearly pissed myself. Hes funny as fuck

In ministries minister ofc does have highest decision power in ministry and still it is more political post.
Next top 2-10 ppl in ministry are in power chain to evalue purchases and documents, prepare contracts etc stuff.....usually....

One from scandals was cos bribe chain about Ukr own funded generators purchase contracts....
It wasn't MoD but some very high level bireucrat in ministry with high power to sign papers.
Ukr btw admitted this case by 100% and launched investigation.

In short, bribes from companies competing in tender to sell generators had been taken in cash under the table...

Next beauty is super big scandal about $ supplier company had charged $ from Ukr MoD budget for food supplies..
Like overpriced food for price higher than in supermarket shelf etc..

However food price really was 20-200% higher than in local supermarket for casual retail customer ....

Well, after super brutal lesson from Dombrovskis and Urzula Zelensky was almost half alive.
They told him that anyway in any case Ukr will have to provide detailed reports about each cent they had spent and why, where and again Why...
Otherwise EUR transfers will be off automatically and ofc 0 chances to be in EU or sign this trade agreement...

About supplied weapons this Zelensky surprisingly really was able to provide detailed reports, to show stuff etc.
