Was someone claiming 30k? That seems... high

According to the Ukrainian government, they were losing 100-200 Kia per day during the artillery war in the east during the peak fighting in May and June, and many more than that in wounded. That would be 6-12k Kia right there. 30-50k seems about right, and it would be consistent with their aggressive draft.

I haven't seen this list of oligarchs nor what properties they hold in the US, but if I were in a position of responsibility for helping thwart Russian attempts to influence American policy toward Russia and the invasion among those with power and influence, then I'd be concerned to know all about the purchasers, from whom they purchased, how much and at what ratio to market value they paid, and then I'd run down all the sellers to see what for and where the money went and obtain their full prior histories.

It was trivial to come to this conclusion. I didn't need to think about it further. Now that I've done your thinking for you, you don't either.

Question how is she able to enter into Russia without so much as a question about her entry with or without a Russian Passport. This is the thing anything happening should be questioned I would question anyone entering a Country especially anywhere near the conflict area even with a Russian Passport it seems to me she should have been put on a list given they where already able to identify her so quickly.

Think they've had over a 1.4 million Ukrainian / Russians head to Russia. I don't think they're stopping many.

No idea. We can all agree that it would be a political and military aid death sentence for Ukraine to car bomb someone in Russia.

Can we, though? I lean heavily in favor of it being Russian on Russian crime, as it were, but if it some how were found out Ukrainians did it, would Western powers even let us know they knew? I think it's more likely it would be played down unless proof were incontrovertible, and with a Russian paramilitary group already taking responsibility, I'd say the Ukrainians have all the plausible deniability they'll ever need for Western tastes.
