https://data.unhcr.org/en/situations/ukraine

The UNHCR released a report recently about refugee flows out of Ukraine. There are now something like 6 million plus refugees. What was surprising was the top destination. The top five countries for Ukrainian refugees crossing into were:

Russian Federation – 1,968,127
Poland – 1,256,568;
Germany – 915,000;
Czech Republic – 400,559;
Italy – 157,309.

Not sure if they stayed in the place they crossed into but still quite surprising.

Eastern Ukraine is heavy Pro-Russia I believe.

From where?

Since 1991 th these regions had high unemployment % and low salaries....
So ofc natural reason why ppl had re located from these beauties to other areas...doesn't matter Ukr or Russia...

After " special operation 2014 th " ofc willingless to relocate from these " beautiful areas " only had increased.. . And had been done during long years.
__
Now with this all stuff since 1992 th and after 2014 th...
Ofc especially now....

Majority of ppl not worshiping Kremlin now already are refugees from these areas.
...
__

Next win: some % from locals already are deported from ukraine, some % locked in prisons and filtration camps...

+ offered easy route to get Russia's passports .....
+ advocated to do nice referendums...

With such flowchart today also Austria ( more easily than somoene here might imagine ) and Luxembourg might be deNazified...
If U.S will remove their forces from air base in Germany....sorry,....Germany will fold if will be given ultimatum....
Yeah. This is reality....
Kremlin does know this reality during long years...

Russia's war against Ukraine has relied on Western electronics.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022 has not gone to plan. Launched in the expectation of a surgical occupation of Ukrainian cities, it has become a grinding attritional struggle that is rapidly degrading the Russian military. This report, which contains an examination of the components and functioning of 27 of Russia’s most modern military systems – including cruise missiles, communications systems and electronic warfare complexes – concludes that the degradation in Russian military capability could be made permanent if appropriate policies are implemented.

one of the funny things about this "well the Donbas is prorussian" is that the people living in the region supported the russians on paper, but when it came time to send people no one showed up for the army they thought they could stand up. The people of the region sided with russia because they thought russia would win an easy victory and they just want their lives to be normal. The majority of separatist "victories" in the region were really russian operations and then the separatists would show up and pretend they did it.

I don't know...

If about Zaporozie Nuclear Power plant just some things are clear...

1. Russia had installed troops and tanks etc in territory...
It is easy to see from satellites. 0 info from Russia or Ukr needed about this reality.
2. It is suspected that IAEA had demanded inspection cos casual routine remote monitoring CCTV and other stuff for spent nuclear fuel basins and machine halls had been disabled....

& While stuff like Zaporozie NPP isn't comfortably usable to make weapons grade plutonium....
It is nonsense if they are working for gird to sell electricity and cos xxx reasons...

A. Spent fuel cooling basins should be monitored because if cooling isn't as planned....we might get. ..vuala....
Fukushima like stuff and even worse...

B. Machine hall monitoring is necessity cos multiple reasons.

&&&
One example: IAEA had monitored spent fuel cooling and storage basins 8 years after reactor had been shut down....Western europe...
For a reason....

This guy is coming to visit today. I wonder what he thinks. Is he important?

If you mean afroamerican with suname starting with A....
Air patrols had been increased approx 12X....

Saw a tiny article where the chairman of the Russian duma allegedly says he's open to the idea of introducing visa free travel to Russia for the Baltic Russians, as well as fast tracking them to citizenship. Similar as Lukashenko is doing. They might discuss it in autumn.

<DCWhoa>

Gonna try to find the supposed tv interview. You never know, our media might be stretching his words in search of a big headline. I need to hear the man himself.

This is about hypersonic weapons but he goes into serious detail about never trusting Russian defensive claims especially when facing US weapons. The level of fail is astronomical even when facing US slowest weapon systems and he gives extensive examples such as in Syria. He talks about Russian missile defense being an abject failure when trying to takeout tomahawk cruise missile that is less then impressive speed wise and having effectively only stop 1 out of like 30 in Syria. Ukraine you can tell the US is learning a considerable amount about Russian weapon capabilities and defensive abilities and the longer it goes on the war the more the US intelligence agencies are learning. It seems this is the objective of the US supply of weapons to Ukraine to gather a considerable amount of intel from the war too besides helping Ukraine.

Well they certainly aren't scared to cross the border. I believe a million plus Ukrainians worked in Russia prior to the war; many people probably have friends and relatives there.

Why would they blow up a nuclear power plant on land they control and presumably want to annex?

Russia will absolutely blow that power plant. They give zero fucks.

lmao at anyone even believing that story

....you don't, do you?

(the Daily Mail was running 'mobile crematoriums running round the clock for teh EVILZ!!!!' stories again this weekend, I guess ppl really do buy the dumbest shit)

Well, the Russians have already attacked a nuclear plant there already so why wouldn't they do it again?

Remember this?^

they aren't going to 'rig it with explosives' to deliberately blow it sky high for no reason other than TEH EVILZ though; if ppl can't see through that level of extremely obvious propaganda then I don't know what to say to them (all I can do is point, try to laugh, then shake my head and walk away).

in any case, Russia aren't attacking the plant now, because it is in fact already under their control (and has been since March); indeed it happens to be the same one shown in the video (although the building being attacked wasn't part of the plant, but rather just outside it). It's Ukraine that's shelling it now. So if it does go pop, I know who the first suspects should be. ;)
