Since there have already been a few responses that cover most of this I am going to focus on a couple points:

If Russia were to launch nuclear weapons at the US they would be destroyed by the United States Nuclear arsenal in turn. There is no “getting away unscathed”. The terrifying part of nuclear war is that there are no winners, only losers. It’s a global suicide vest. Hypersonic missles are an irrelevancy in this context because while we may not be able to shoot them down we can detect their launch. Meaning that this action would still result in the destruction of Russia and the world.

Which is one of the many many many reasons China’s opinion of an American reprisal is also irrelevant because in the event of this worst possible scenario everyone dies anyway.

2ndly, due to China benefiting greatly from a stable world to prop up their economy, I find it highly unlikely they would support Russia upending that in the unlikely event of Russia even utilizing a limited nuclear strike as that is not in Chinas interests.

As I've said before I'm retired USAF and we have monitoring stations that circle the globe. If an aircraft takes off on full afterburners in another part of the world, we know. If a missile is launched anywhere on the planet, we know.

this is why I think nuclear fallout is almost an impossibility because NOBODY wins if it happens. And China is obviously telling Poots not to do it because it isn’t in China’s best interest.
I do think there is a big possibility of Poots dropping a tact nuke on Mauripol to gauge the worlds response and a Hail Mary to try and end the war on the spot.

I was on duty in an overseas military hospital when a market got shelled during the Balkan war. I was doing my rounds (I'm a Black guy BTW) and this older civilian man in a wheelchair looked at me and started yelling in (Russian?). A younger man who was in another wheelchair looked at me with an expression of "Sorry, bruh, he's just an old-head." and shrugged his shoulders.

I had a buddy who deployed to BFE Europe for a peacekeeping mission and this kid ran up to him, grabbed his hand, rubbed the back of it, looked at his fingers, looked at the back of my buddy's hand and made this face.

The list I posted is named "localities" in Russian. Not sure if you have such term in English?

When I paste Песчаное into google maps it brings up one in Crimea, but apparently there is also another village with the same name elsewhere in Ukraine, so ok they must have meant the other one.

Localities can mean any territory as small even as small as a neighborhood block, but you were responding to another poster asking specifically about cities. So far the only city I know that Russia has captured is Kherson, which was captured around 3/3.

according to RT, right now there's probably gonna be roughly about 0 dead russian military peacekeepers, and somewhere around 0 destroyed russian peacekeeping vehicles. also somewhere in the ballpark of 0 dead ukranian civilians, but somewhere around tens of thousands of dead ukranian nazi soldiers. all the bodies you see from western media are fake, and its really the ukranians who are bombing civilian houses and hospitals. glory to mother russia!
