Russia/Ukraine Megathread V6

Pentagon also confirmed there’s no reports of Russia pulling in any additional troops, not calling for foreign volunteers, not calling for Belarus troops. If things were so bad for them, surely they would start bringing more troops?

How is this possible? All this is in direct conflict with @Da Speeit . INB4 NATO official is fake news.

Since the fall of the soviet union they basically threw all theyre knowledge of warfare down the toilet. Make no mistake, the soviets union military was far more battle hardened an then what we are seeing today.

Putin must have really fucked the officer core

Yes, but you're the one responding to others when any discussion is being had, with contrarian views without really adding anything except "we don't know!" while using Russian talking points. Like "Hey, Ukraine is being invaded, and people are dying, but did you know about Zelenksyy's corruption?" as if that's relevant justification.

I'm sure it will be quite awhile before any realistic, verifiable numbers from this invasion/war come out. But it's painfully obvious what your agenda is, regardless of how neutral you say you are.
I'm responding to everyone who is sticking their chest out saying "So what we know is..." when no one has any fucking clue, in order to spin their own narrative, which proves to be more and more false as the days go on.
It's apparent at this point that Putin doesn't want Kiev, and people keep hammering it home and won't move off it or consider anything else.

I don't have an agenda other than discussing the truth. Some of you hate hearing it.
Zelensky's corruption is very relevant. The Azov is relevant. Everything is relevant. The mud in the north is relevant. Everything in war in relevant. You guys just consume this Disney version of the topic and get hostile when people expose you to facts and ideas outside of your bubble.

You, for instance, have no fucking clue what you're talking about and are in here correcting people about things like the spelling of Kyyiv (which you misspelled) and attribute people spelling it differently as Russian-Backed motives. Do you comprehend how stupid and childish that is? If you brought that up in a normal conversation, not on the internet, with a human adult, they would look at you like you're out of your mind or have the emotional maturity of a child.
And you have the gall to talk about the "Relevancy" of what the rest of us are discussing.

You can leave again.

Where has Ukraine said they shot down HUNDREDS of planes?

God, you truly have no clue what you're talking about

Where did Pentagon confirm this?

More goalposting. As if KyivNotKiev was my idea, or that that's all I've said in this thread.

And nah, I think I'll stay. Maybe relax a bit, put my feet up for awhile. Whatever your schtick is, however wrong, it's still entertaining.

It's crazy to think that Russia doesn't have NCO's, from everything I know NCO's are a MUST have to be effective on the battlefield when you are talking about tens of thousands of troops.

There was an article posted in the previous thread

You are mistaken, sorry. Everything is reporting to Russia bringing in mercanary's from Syria.

Ukraine war: Why is Russia encouraging foreign fighters to join? | Russia-Ukraine war News | Al Jazeera

On March 11, Russian President Vladimir Putin threw his support behind a plan to recruit what he characterised as eager foreign volunteer fighters to join his forces in Ukraine and “help the people who live in the Donbas”.

Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said 16,000 troops were ready to assist Russia in combat, which came as unfavourable news for Ukrainians.

NATO is not reliable at all

NATO says that up to 40,000 Russian troops have been killed, wounded, taken prisoner or are missing in Ukraine, said a senior military official from the alliance.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization calculates the figure based on information provided by Ukrainian authorities and information obtained from Russia – both officially and unintentionally, the official said.

NATO estimates that between 7,000 and 15,000 Russian soldiers have been killed since the invasion began on Feb. 24. Using statistical averages from past conflicts that for every casualty roughly three soldiers are wounded, NATO analysts reach their total figure.

Russia began its invasion with roughly 190,000 troops. It has since brought in additional troops from Chechnya, Syria and other locations.

their new number is 40,000 casualties/captured/missing
They're full of shit.

Their out will be that "Missing" means "we don't know their whereabouts" which means they could be moving in areas with low intel. 40,000 losses is insane to claim. We're in the first real social media war and you guys are falling for it.

This doesn’t mean anything yet, no new troops have been pulled in according to Pentagon
