I don't have a shtick. I laid it out to Lurker yesterday.
I'm pro-Ukrainian indpendence, i think they should be able to join NATO if they'd like and Russia can fuck off if they have a problem with it. I also think Western nations have been extremely arrogant and willing to let Ukraine pay the price for their hubris and now they're overcompensating because we got caught with our pants down.
I think Zelensky, Putin, Biden and Xi will all walk away from this claiming victory, at the expense of many lives and a more unstable world. That's why it's vital we don't let the establishments rewrite reality and history, but many of you are so invested in the good vs bad narrative that they push, that you're allowing complete and utter nonsense to become common knowledge.

Which is why I take issue with people coming in saying they know for sure what the casualty numbers are, I will push and push and push. Don't claim to know if you don't. Don't let hacks at the NYT who get "Anonymous Intel Sources" to write entire world narratives. It's a joke. It's what we did in Syria, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, on and on and on and everyone just keeps whistling past the boomercon neolib establishment raping and leveling countries, or, conversely, letting them get raped and leveled so they can rewrite the history and consolidate power.

It's absolutely insane. In 2022, where there is footage of ev.er.y.thing. they read a blog from some verified journo twitter that says a whole city block was leveled and an orphanage is blow up, and they go "oh shit yeah, i guess that makes sense"
Then weeks of them injecting this idea of "WAR CRIMGESS" into their veins, they won't bat an eye at anything we do.

Biden was definitively predicting that Putin would invade when the rest of the world, including Zelenskyy and the internet, were saying that was crazy talk.

He said it remained to be seen that the extent of the invasion would be. He never exclusively predicted a "minor incursion." Now you are definitely being intentionally dishonest, if you haven't been all along.

Russia likely has a tooth to tail ration of 3 to 1, meaning for every 1 combat soldier you have 3 supporting him. If we assume they have 50,000 combat troops in Ukraine, and the majority of the casualties sustained thus far are from those combat troops, then the reported numbers are staggering.
