The only thing that will end the war IMHO is full-on support of Ukraine. To make the war so costly that Russia has no other option but to withdraw. Yes, it's going to take time, but the ball is already rolling down the hill. As soon as the people of Ukraine (and the world) saw that they could resist?

It was already over for Russia.

I also heard today that even if Trump wants to lift sanctions on Russia, it won't make any difference unless the E.U. goes along and they've already said NOPE.

All remains the same like I had posted year ago: only way how to achieve ceasefire is to increase support for Ukr.

Because Putin had sticked with idea to continue war in Ukraine. Money he does have enough, guys might be hired and they are hiring also foreigners. ....
 
There are also U.K, Canada, Australia, NZ and Japan....with sanctions.

Putin told that sanctions doesn't works, Luashenko and Kim conformed that sanctions doesn't work.
Lavrov is demanding to remove sanctions.
 
Most stupid dream is westerners dream that by appeasing Putin they might reduce Russia's ties with China and North Korea.
West simply can't provide Russia stuff China is supplying....
They simply can't provide mountains with cheap mainstream crap for consumers. ....
They can't provide very cheap low tier chips and very cheap phones models.
They can't supply lithium for low price.

Idea to reduce sanctions is insane: then Putin will get even more money....definitely he will increase bonuses for soldiers applying for small special operation.

Then he will be able to send more soldiers to fight vs ukr...he will do this.

Trump did not get the Ukraine conflict solved in a day and won't get it solved in 3 months. Neither the US nor Europe will end the conflict in Ukraine. Russia will be the one deciding when the conflict in Ukraine will end.
Trump was naive on two issues:
1. Getting the Israeli hostages back.
2. Ending the conflict in Ukraine.

* Trump is finding out that military deals are not the same as business deals. "The Art of the Deal" and the 11-step formula for business success does not work in this situation.

No.

* Also, Putin does not want the US to purchase Greenland. It does not have to. It can put an additional air base in the south-east part of the country. A naval base would also work where it could service US ships and submarines.

You still don't get it do you. Russia is never withdrawing from Ukraine. Resisting is not the same as winning and Ukraine's clock is running out of time on resisting a Russian invasion or partial takeover. While Ukraine has declared war on Russia and is now drafting women, Russia has not declared war on Ukraine and has only used a small part of its manpower. Yeah, 700,000 Russian casualties is 'beans' compared to the millions of men they have ready to deploy to Ukraine if war is ever declared. It is a numbers game that Russia will always win. Zelensky for his part also does not want the war to end. He will sacrifice every man, woman, and child to fight the Russin Army. Why do you think he keeps firing his commanders in the field? Because they disobey his orders or refuse to carry them out. They see the full picture of where things are going. Zelensky does not. His pride gets in the way, much like Putin's.

Yes, Russia is making U.S administration into fools living in empty dreams.

Europe does knows that Trump administration first aim is to achieve ceasefire and after this to throw buffer zone on europe neck and cede part of Ukr for their buds in Kremlin and milk another part of Ukr together with their friends in Kremlin.


They also are living in dreams like Putin.

Now ofc talks about energy and rare earth deals and life in real dreams. About investments etc...
Europe didn't had attempted to invest anything serious for a reason...even 1992-2013...not alone after 2014 th.

For them doesn't makes any sense will some mines in Ukr control Zimbabwe, China or U.S or Russia or Ukr.
Mining industry is mainly controlled by large oligarchates....businsss and nothing personal here.

kraines mining industry potential is exaggregated and most profitable stuff is in dumbass and there unfortunately for Ukr....they are living in dreams.

Europe doesn't needs nor Ukr agricultural production nor their mining industry production in general....

Ofc if something is cheaper for speculants they will purchase, otherwise ukr doesn't have anything unique for mining industry.

Easy does it A H she is doing combat deployment now as one Marine 'Vances Brother' said nothing he faced in Iraq prepared him for Ukraine. But my mistake but she has more balls then what JD will ever have. One Marine served in Iraq said of JD he did not haul around a typewriter when he was fighting in Iraq MA Congressman.

What good thing is Ukraine doing?
Locking up the opposition, closing the church, selling equipment in the black market, not knowing where 1/2 the money it's been given has gone to, tying up men and women naked on street poles for stealing food. Also, kidnapping young men to serve in the frontlines.
