, there had been reported some weeks ago that ryssia does control this toretsk village.

Citing recent information from Yuri Koptev, Managing Director of Russian State Defense Company, ROSTEC, the Russian defense aerospace industry continues to make significant strides in developing advanced unmanned aerial capabilities with the S-70 Okhotnik-B, a large strategic stealth drone engineered to operate in direct coordination with the Su-57 fifth-generation fighter jet. This innovative manned-unmanned teaming concept is set to redefine Russia’s aerial warfare doctrine, with a strong emphasis on integrating autonomous systems into traditional combat formations.

Developed by Sukhoi in partnership with Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG, the S-70 Okhotnik-B — which translates to “Hunter” — embodies a stealthy flying-wing design similar to the American B-2 Spirit. It incorporates advanced composite materials and radar-absorbent coatings to reduce its radar cross-section and enhance survivability in contested environments. The drone is approximately 20 tons in weight and spans nearly 20 meters in wingspan. It is powered by an AL-31F turbofan engine, providing it with subsonic cruising speeds of up to 1,000 km/h and an operational ceiling of around 12,000 meters. With a combat radius of approximately 4,000 km, the Okhotnik can engage in deep-strike missions or long-endurance surveillance without the need for aerial refueling.

One of the defining features of the Okhotnik-B is its ability to carry munitions internally. This internal weapon bay allows it to remain stealthy while being armed with a range of precision-guided bombs and missiles. Its sensor suite includes advanced electro-optical systems, synthetic aperture radar, and signals intelligence capabilities, enabling it to execute reconnaissance, electronic warfare, and precision strike missions. These capabilities make it not only a valuable strike asset but also a critical node in a networked battlespace.

What sets the Okhotnik-B drone apart is its interoperability with the Su-57 multirole stealth fighter. The concept of pairing a manned fighter with multiple unmanned wingmen significantly expands the combat effectiveness of Russia’s air force. The Su-57 can act as a command node, directing the drones to scout ahead, conduct electronic jamming, or engage targets in high-threat areas without endangering the pilot. This pairing allows Russian forces to project power deeper into contested zones while reducing risk to manned assets.

According to reports, a two-seat variant of the Su-57 is being developed specifically to command and control up to four Okhotnik drones simultaneously. This capability enables highly coordinated operations involving swarming tactics, saturation strikes, and real-time intelligence sharing. By using the drones as decoys, jammers, or strike elements, the Su-57 pilot can maintain a safe standoff distance while shaping the battlespace.

The Okhotnik program has already achieved several operational milestones. The first flight took place in August 2019, with a landmark joint flight with the Su-57 occurring shortly thereafter in September 2019. Subsequent testing has included simulated missile engagements and advanced fire-control assessments. However, the program has faced setbacks, including a high-profile incident in October 2024, when a Russian Su-57 reportedly downed its own Okhotnik drone over Ukraine to prevent the sensitive technology from falling into enemy hands. Despite this, Ukrainian forces were said to have recovered parts of the drone, potentially allowing Western analysts to study its systems.

Hmm, they might be ready to test manned unmanned concepts in ukraine. I dont think the F-16 can detect su57 and okhtnik-B all that well.

They had told that they does have Armata tank ....they doesn't use this in Ukraine.....

Su-57 does work? Dunno.
Ofc even upgraded Su 27 on paper should have more powerful and more sensitive radar than old blocks of F-16... cos it is larger size ( radar )...

Su 27 had been opted as some kind of counterpart vs F-15 ..
Su 30 and Su 35 are more modern than Su 27.

Rather interesting 23 min vid from pov of russian squad leader(call sign biden lol) during 23 counter offensive

Touches on how what i posted above about indirect fire being a killer and how you cant move at all without opponent knowing, both ukrainians and russians were spotted way before contact line and had eyes on them entire time and were fired upon by drones/arty

Summary, copied from reddit

During the Ukrainian counter-offensive of 2023 at the southern front, two squads of Russian infantry are tasked with taking a position in one of the treelines. We follow the point of view of a squad leader (Biden) of the second squad, whose task was to reinforce and cover the first unit and later dig in.

White text - SL

Orange text - drone operator/command

Blue text - first unit (Grom) and other friendlies

DISCLAIMER: The video contains some blood, explosions, and a lot of small arms fire; no enemy is visible.

SPOILERS: The video starts with the squad making its way to the contact line. During the approach, they are shelled with regular artillery shells and DPICM. All of their actions are supervised and monitored by a drone. Once in position, they link up with the first unit and are notified by the drone operator of approaching Ukrainian forces from the north.

While the first unit starts clearing trenches and dugouts, the second unit lays suppressive fire to deny Ukrainian reinforcements. After a while, Ukrainian units in neighboring treelines enter the fight, and Ukrainian soldiers start flanking their position from the west.

The squad leader requests the drone operators to harass them with drone drops. After dropping four grenades on the advancing Ukrainians in the treeline to the west, the drone operator orders an artillery strike on the flanking Ukrainians, and their assault stops. Nearing the end, the squad leader receives a shrapnel (or bullet) hit to the helmet and is knocked out. The video ends with him at the casualty collection point inspecting his helmet.

Interestingly, did someone somewhere reported approx some % of casualities from mines?
Both sides had and does have a lot of different mines.

Zelensky is optimistic.
They had get ~3b loan from U.K portion and on top of this will get approx 2 b worth weapons ( question is when...).
Macron promised 2 b € worth supplies portion..
Germany next week maybe should approve this long ago talked about 3 b € bill.

She served in the US military and in deployments in Iraq as a combat medic she will not leave Ukraine till there is peace. This is what a hero is made of for sure.

Great video.
Loved the sound of those inbound Ukrainian bullets being shot at the Russians at the end of the video. Bullets whizzing near the guy's head and camera. A very distinctive noise (time: 23:24). Yeap, no place to hide from the drones. Had this been in a forest or jungle environment, those drones would be worthless. The drones would not be able to see Infantry on the ground.

"Ukraine will fight with their bare hands if they have to."
Yeah, they will have to.
That time is coming. Russians will also fight with their bare hands too if they have to.

* "Russian vehicle logistics have collapsed in frontline areas due to the constant threat of drones."

No, they have not. False information.
Are you going to delete that? Like you deleted a previous verified quote I had on Churchill and Eugenics?

The Ukranian Army is coming under the same constant threat of Russian drones. That means that Ukrainian vehicle logistics have also collapsed in the frontline areas. Will you be addressing that on your next video?
Man, at least try to be unbiased as a moderator.

Here you go. You are welcome!

These new fiber-optic Russian drones are proving to be a game changer on the battlefield. Immune to jamming and offering high-quality video feeds, they are capable of striking armored vehicles with precision. In this video, we see them target various military vehicles, including tanks and reconnaissance vehicles. Their slower speed allows for more reaction time, but they remain highly effective. With no early warning signals, these drones approach targets unnoticed. Watch as they bypass defenses and hit critical targets with ease.

Bullshit!
False information.
Rebekah Maciorowski did not serve in the US military or did tours in Iraq.
As a civilian in the US, Rebekah worked as a paramedic for over 10 years, volunteering as a medic in Venezuela, Mexico and Guyana in her free time. Seems to be a bit of an attention whore. Should keep her political views to herself.

* Nice female medic outfit for a combat zone. The concept of a T-Shirt has not crossed the young medic's mind. I'm sure the Ukranian soldiers are loving it looking at all that 'eye candy.'

Zelensky issues chilling warning after Russia attacks port city despite peace deal

"Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a chilling warning to Russia after Moscow launched its "biggest drone attack yet" on a Ukrainian port city despite the ceasefire deal brokered by the United States.

"There must also be clear pressure and strong action from the world on Russia - more pressure, more sanctions from the United States - to stop Russian strikes. Launching such large-scale attacks after ceasefire negotiations is a clear signal to the whole world that Moscow is not going to pursue real peace. Since March 11, there has been a U.S. proposal for a total ceasefire, a complete halt to strikes. And literally every night, through its attacks, Russia keeps saying "no" to our partners' peace proposal," Zelensky said.

The mayor of the port city of Mykolaiv took to Telegram to announce emergency power outages early Wednesday morning after seven Russian drones were reportedly downed in the region. It is unclear if the power cuts were due to the overnight attack or just precautionary.

Russia also launched its largest drone attack yet on Zelensky's hometown of Kryvyi Rih, the city's military administration chief Oleksandr Vilkul said on Telegram.

"Apparently, this is how the occupiers want peace," he said, adding there were no deaths or injuries.

Russian Gen. in charge of ALL Russian ground forces is missing!

K.I.A.? M.I.A.? Deserter?!?!

Estonia had demonstrated some really brutal things for Ukraine.
1. They didn't had approved money transfers ...as part of individual assistance..

2. While they had approved 100 000 000 € package for assistance with fast delivery , they will purchase toys and stuff somewhere for ukr but will not transfer money..
3. Ukrainian reconstruction isn't EU taxpayers problem.
